黃金張老甕東北酸菜白肉鍋是朋友介紹來吃的,餐廳位在立人國中後面的天津路上,門口可以停三輛車,對面馬路兩旁也有不少停車格,停車很便利。

店內座位中間擺滿醬料罐,比較特別的是有韭菜花泥,之前好像沒有看過這個,老闆有教學一個最佳醬料比例,真的還不錯吃喔!

老闆的最佳比例醬料,豆腐乳跟醬油兩勺、其他醬料各一勺,想要香一點芝麻醬可以再多一些些,不吃辣的人就不要加辣椒了。
如果懶得調,最右邊也有一個綜合調味是已經調配好的。

牛腱跟蹄花滷到入口即化卻不過爛,個人覺得鹹度剛好,底下的滷花生也很好吃。

套餐的蔥油餅先上了桌,芥末在台南一直都是吃薄的蔥油餅,好像很少吃這種厚的蔥油餅,兩面煎得金黃香酥餅皮內裏帶有蔥香跟一點嚼勁。

他們家的鍋貼真的愛了,很大顆而且內餡鮮甜飽滿還有肉汁,一份6顆真的不夠吃後來又追加了一盤。

平日中午才吃得到的手工炸醬麵,要知道炸醬炒得好吃不容易,他們家的炸醬麵個人滿喜歡的,麵體Q而且炸醬也很香,醬料緊緊巴住麵條吃起來鹹香有味。

重頭戲的酸菜白肉鍋上桌了,他們家的酸菜白肉鍋裡面事先放好食材了,鍋底的酸菜都是自家醃製加上大骨、蔬菜熬煮,湯頭喝起來很鮮甜,酸菜的味道很溫潤,我覺得比起一般的酸菜鍋來說比較沒那麼酸,湯頭很好喝。

香菜丸子~同行友人都不太敢吃芋頭跟香菜,我就一起消滅了,這綜合手工丸我覺得很值得點,至少對我來說都很好吃😂

凍豆腐也是店家自製的,吃起來比一般市售凍豆腐綿密但又帶點Q彈口感,吸飽美味湯汁真的很無敵。

吃完鹹的當然要吃甜的!我超期待的豆沙鍋餅,這天吃的是紅豆餡的,有時候會是綠豆餡,老闆娘說看師傅心情。
鍋餅稍微放涼一點吃更好吃,整個餅皮越嚼越香,豆沙餡甜的剛剛好,這一盤好像有一半是我消滅的,甚至還想外帶回台南吃😂

銀絲卷也是店家自己做的!不得不說老闆真的有才華,什麼都自己做,很堅持食材原料跟品質,銀絲卷表皮微脆內裏柔軟綿密,原本已經很飽了還是又吃了三塊,受不了啊~~~

第一次去吃黃金張老甕東北酸菜白肉鍋,實在是覺得店內每樣都好好吃,點心也沒有因為是配菜而有絲毫遜色之處,所以在吃完第一次的週末又帶了家人再度光顧,真的推薦除了火鍋拜託一定要吃吃看他們家的點心,可以感受到店家的用心,晚上打這篇,又餓了啦!
